Refer a new retail customer. When their first qualifying calibration is completed and paid, your business earns a $50 credit toward a future qualifying calibration.
$350 minimum calibration service subtotal. Standard retail work only. One credit per future invoice; no stacking with trade pricing or discounts.

Referral offer terms
- Refer a new retail customer who has not previously paid AutoLab for service. Your shop must be identified before the appointment is booked.
- Earn one $50 shop service credit after that customer's first eligible calibration is completed and paid in full. The calibration service subtotal must be at least $350 before tax, parts, travel, or other charges.
- The qualifying referral must be billed at standard retail pricing. Discounted trade/sublet jobs, self-referrals, and jobs billed to the referring shop do not qualify.
- Use one $50 credit per future calibration invoice with a service subtotal of at least $350. Credits go to the referring business, have no cash value, and cannot be combined with trade pricing or other discounts.
- AutoLab verifies the referral and confirms earned credit after payment. A submitted request, canceled job, refunded job, or unpaid invoice does not earn credit. One referring shop per new customer.

Send the warning, fault codes, repair history, and available reports through the guided assessment. Damaged hardware, mounting problems, or other faults may need diagnosis before calibration.
Do you offer trade pricing?
Shop/sublet pricing is quoted for the vehicle and scope. The referral offer applies to separate, new retail customer referrals and cannot be combined with discounted trade work.
Can every calibration be done dynamically?
No. The vehicle manufacturer’s procedure determines whether static, dynamic, or combined calibration is required. AutoLab confirms the applicable requirements before scheduling.
